All items listed in our store are second-hand and pre-owned. We make every effort to accurately describe each item's condition, including any flaws or imperfections. However, please note that due to the nature of vintage and resale items, there may be some minor flaws that are not explicitly mentioned. These imperfections are part of vintage items and should be expected.

2. Sizing and Fit

We strive to provide accurate measurements for each item, but if you have any questions about the size or fit of an item, please don’t hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We are happy to assist you with additional measurements or details to help ensure you make an informed purchase.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, but we can assist with exchanges for alternative items if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately if you'd like to make an exchange at howdy@cowboystrading.com

4. Returns and Refunds

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.

  • Please carefully review your item descriptions and measurements before purchasing. If you have any concerns, please reach out before placing your order to ensure you’re completely happy with your choice.

5. Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for order processing and communication related to your purchase. We will not share your information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cowboys Trading Post is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Any claims for lost or damaged goods should be reported to us as soon as possible, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier.
