Welcome to the Cowboys Trading Post! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Product Description and Condition

All items listed in our store are second-hand and pre-owned. We make every effort to accurately describe each item's condition, including any flaws or imperfections. However, please note that due to the nature of vintage and resale items, there may be some minor flaws that are not explicitly mentioned. These imperfections are part of vintage items and should be expected.

2. Sizing and Fit

We strive to provide accurate measurements for each item, but if you have any questions about the size or fit of an item, please don’t hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We are happy to assist you with additional measurements or details to help ensure you make an informed purchase.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We use Tracked 48 Royal Mail for domestic (UK) shipping and International Tracked Royal Mail for international orders. If you wish to continue with a different provider, message us and we can arrange that.

  • Orders can be cancelled or amended unless the item(s) have already been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us here or via our socials. We will respond as soon as possible, however in some cases we may not see your message in time.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer exchanges for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping using a tracked service. We issue store credit once the return is received and approved.

  • All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for order processing and communication related to your purchase. We will not share your information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cowboys Trading Post is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Any claims for lost or damaged goods should be reported to us as soon as possible, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier.
