vintage, most likely handmade in the late 70s/80s suede fringe top
unlined and unstitched on the sides and at the shoulders
some of the lace holes are slightly stretched, so you'd need to be careful when wearing it. my best tip is to untie at least one of the sides completely and gently slide it through your head.
other than that, it's in great vintage condition
